As the central urban area of Nansha District and a key street in development and construction, Nansha Sub-district boasts a powerful driving force for development. Standing at a new historical starting point, Nansha Sub-district, taking advantage of the opportunities brought by the *Plan for Nansha*, has fully fostered a strong atmosphere of learning from each other, striving for progress, and competing for excellence on the path of high-quality development, thus fully demonstrating the development responsibility of a central urban area.
Starting today, the official WeChat public account "Nansha Street Information Release" launches the "Enterprise Showcase" column. This column will focus on key enterprises with remarkable development advantages and profound potential, such as "specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and novel" enterprises and star enterprises. It will explore their core strengths and development vitality behind the scenes, enhance the enterprises' popularity and reputation, and compose a new chapter in the high-quality development of Nansha Sub-district!
In the first issue, let's focus on Chuangxiang Bay TIMETABLE, a youth innovation and entrepreneurship base for Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Let's see how young people from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao take their "first step" in entrepreneurship here and root themselves in Nansha to contribute to high-quality development.

Chuangxiang Bay TIMETABLE Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base was officially launched on July 15, 2021. Located in Building 4 of Chuangxiang Bay, adjacent to the Jiaomen River, it has a total construction area of approximately 8,200 square meters. The roadshow hall can accommodate up to 60 people, and the office rooms have 2 to 17 workstations respectively.
The office space of the base inherits TIMETABLE's consistent design philosophy, aiming to connect every entrepreneur through ingenious design, create an open, vibrant and inspiring space for them, allowing ideas to collide here and stimulate unlimited potential.
In addition, the base is equipped with staff lounges, brand coffee shops, high-end light meals, public welfare libraries and theme post offices. Through the diversified functional zoning, it brings a fashionable and personalized office experience.

As an enterprise "incubator", Chuangxiang Bay TIMETABLE Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base pays attention to every need of start-ups. It paves the way for talents in the Greater Bay Area in various aspects such as policy publicity, office space rental, talent apartment application, fiscal and tax declaration, intellectual property declaration, and business connection. At the same time, based on the characteristics of Nansha's geographical environment, cultural history and other features, the base will guide enterprises to integrate into Nansha's overall development and assist start-ups in rooting themselves in Nansha.

Guangzhou Tellus Culture Technology Co., Ltd., which has settled in the base, is an environmental protection enterprise committed to transforming store furnishings and home life with new materials. It provides one-stop services from program customization, product design to processing, production and implementation, offering more possibilities for various industries in their pursuit of environmental protection and carbon reduction. It has also served enterprises such as MUJI, BMW 4S stores, and Hong Kong Ming Fai Group.

Within less than three years since its establishment, Chuangxiang Bay TIMETABLE Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base has successfully incubated about 60 enterprises from the Greater Bay Area, covering multiple fields such as environmental protection technology, cultural and creative tourism, foreign trade and finance, among which there are high-tech enterprises like Tellus.

According to the staff, in the next step, Chuangxiang Bay TIMETABLE Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base will continue to make efforts in two aspects: "bringing in" and "going global". While ensuring the implementation of policies such as Nansha's "New Ten Measures", it will join hands with institutions like the China Enterprises "Going Global" Service Base within Chuangxiang Bay to help enterprises successfully expand overseas.
